设施共享
按照统筹布局、互联互通、环境友好、适度超前的原则，科学构筑全省交通、水、电、气和信息五大网络，将基础设施向乡镇延伸，全面提升基础设施现代化水平，促进全岛同城发展。
推进社会事业改革创新，加快教育、医疗卫生、文化等公共服务设施建设，构建覆盖城乡的基本公共服务体系，促进基本公共服务均衡配置，争创基本公共服务均等化的实践范例。
This section introduces Hainan's planning for infrastructure construction and public service supply. Following the principal of comprehensive arrangement, full interconnection, environmental friendliness, advance planning and full coverage, Hainan plans to build infrastructure networks of transportation, water, electricity, gas and information in a way that the whole province can benefit from modern infrastructure facilities. It also endeavours to reform and innovate its social programs, accelerate the development of public service utilities related to education, health and culture, and build a basic public service system covering both urban and rural areas so that It will become a model in ensuring equal access to basic public services for all.
以“全岛同城.设施共享”为主题，重点展示海南的水利建设、电力建设、燃气建设、信息工程和综合交通等五大基础设施网络，以及教育、就业服务和农民增收、医疗卫生、公共文化体育等重大民生工程。
